As a Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. You will oversee all aspects of marketing campaigns, from market research and analysis to planning and execution. Your goal will be to increase brand awareness, drive customer engagement and ultimately achieve business objectives.
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify target audiences, define brand positioning, and establish marketing objectives.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, social media, email marketing, and events. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Analyse data and consumer insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.
Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand image and identity. Edit brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
Content Development: Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including websites, blogs, social media, and email campaigns. Collaborate with content creators and designers to produce high-quality materials.
Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), social media advertising, and email marketing. Monitor digital marketing performance and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
Budgeting and Analytics: Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively. Track and analyse marketing metrics, such as ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. Use data-driven insights to drive decision-making and improve marketing effectiveness.
Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with internal stakeholders, senior management and team members with overall business objectives. Foster strong relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies and media outlets.
Stay Updated: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing. Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve marketing strategies and tactics.
Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role, preferably in the same industry minimum 2-3 years.
Strong knowledge of marketing principles, techniques and best practices.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
